Who We Are

I got my start in excavation in 2015. Since then I’ve seen my share of big problems from little mistakes. Avoidable delays and costly errors were often the result of not knowing what lies just beneath the surface.

Whether the cause was striking an unmarked utility, hitting bedrock, underground streams, or even a septic system no one knew was there, most of the problems I’ve come across could’ve been planned for or avoided altogether had non-invasive subsurface scans been performed.

The problem I ran into was simple, 811 only covers 35% of underground utilities so most of the underground pipes and cables on job sites remained unmarked, and ALL of the other hidden surprises were just below the ground, waiting to cause chaos.

I got started in locating out of necessity to save myself time, trouble, and headaches. Now let me do the same for you.

Give us a call or shoot us an email so we can discuss how to make your life easier and give you peace of mind before the first bucket breaks the ground.

What We Do

Subsurface Imaging

with Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) to locate any non-metallic utilities, voids/sinkholes, bedrock, water tables, and a host of other hidden objects.

Locate

any metallic cables, pipes, or tracer wires using Electro-Magnetic (EM) locators.

Mark

subsurface utilities/objects with paint/flags on the ground.

Document

precise GPS coordinates of everything we find and map it out onto a satellite image of the job site.

Give You Peace of Mind

Whether you’re a contractor on the job, or a private owner looking to break ground on a new project, we'll be there to help, start to finish.

Technologies We Use

We use a variety of the latest state-of-the-art technologies and methods to insure there are no surprises when the digging starts.
